He is a past President of both the Southern New England and Coastal CT. Chapters of ASHI®, in CT. He was ASHI’s National President for 2004 and is the Managing Instructor and Campus Director of our Connecticut school ITA-CT in West Redding CT and the Manhattan school. He is the author of several bookk on Home Inspection and he has written many articles for local papers. He has been nationally featured in print in Reader's Digest and The Wall Street Journal, is a contributing author for the ASHI® Reporter, has been seen on many national and local TV stations discussing Home Safety and Carbon Monoxide and was featured on "Ask this old House".
