Really Simply Syndication or RSS is used in Podcasting as a method of automatically distributing Podcast files over the Internet using syndication feeds primarily to personal computers.  In a nutshell, RSS allows you to subscribe to a Podcast channel and automatically receive new Podcasts as they become available.

On WildVoice, via RSS, you can subscribe to a channel and automatically receive updates whenever the show's creator posts a new show.  Find out more here.
